A Report is a collection of Wikipages, or subpages. A 'Report' form is used to add (or modify) a Report. To add a new report, enter the report's full name below; you can change its title later, by 'moving' the report's page (if you have the permission). You will be sent to the form to edit any report whose name you've entered that already exists.

You can also create redirect pages which will redirect all abbreviations, nicknames or other references to the report, usually in the Main Namespace.
